Chef Carlo Valentino Garcia, Playa’s Executive Chef is offering an exquisite Peruvian brunch every Saturday from 2:00 PM till 5:00 PM including a large variety of starters to share (Salmon Nigiri, Spicy Shiromi, Tuna Nikkei Ceviche, Tuna Tataki, Chicken Anticucho…) as well as a choice of one main from the Menu (Deboned Baby Chicken, Arroz con Mariscos, 48 hrs short ribs and 3 hrs Cauliflower) and a delightful variety of desserts to share (Mini Alfajores, Lucuma Childhood Dreams, Crema Volteada and Fresh Fruits).

The food menu is included in the 3 following beverage packages:
The Soft Beverage Package: 320 AED per person with non-alcoholic beverages such as Mocktails, Juices, Soft
Drinks and Water.
The House Beverage Package: 445 AED per person with Espresso Martini, Moscow Mule, Passion Fruit Martini, Tommy’s Margarita Daiquiri, Old Fashioned Pisco Sour Whisky, Sour open in addition to Premium alcohol brands such as Rosé Wine (Le Rosé Lapostole Chile), White Wine (Vinuva Pinot Grigio / Italy), Red Wine (Bio Merlot, France), VODKA (Russian Standard), GIN (Tanqueray), RUM (Bacardi Superior Sailor Jerry), TEQUILA (Jimador Reposado), WHISKY (Bulleit Bourbon) and BEER (Corona).
