The French celebrity chef Daniel Boulud once again visited the city to share his culinary journey at his French contemporary restaurant Brasserie Boulud at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk.

The legendary chef made a two-day exclusive visit hosting a grand evening where he presented his uniquely curated seven-course menu amongst Dubai’s prominent and high-profile personalities. The guests were mesmerized to see Chef Daniel Boulud in action showcasing his culinary journey. They immersed their senses into his culinary craftsmanship and were captivated by the remarkable flavours that blended perfectly together with the attentive service.

Setting the spark on, Chef Daniel Boulud comments, “It’s always good to be back and reconnect with the guests and the team. The city is very close to my heart for the amazing hospitality that it offers”. His special appearance at the Expo 2020 where he cooked lunch for a selected audience on Saturday, March 5th left the spectators to marvel at his French cuisine.

The intimate nights gave us a glimpse of the masterful manner where the legendary Chef Daniel Boulud showcased his signature French delicacies featuring Rouleau de Foie Gras Poire-Cassis, Ballotine de Sole a la Polonaise, Le Palet d’Or and more.
